I finished making this armband for Moon while we were watching the Oscars last night. (Jamie Foxx’s speech was the best, but what was that about the beatings? Gramma was rough!) Anyway, the toothpick-sized needles and all those little beads were quite a challenge, especially with my attention divided by all the razzledazzle. I made a few small mistakes, but screw ‘em.

In other news, I’m going to be seeing Green Day in concert with Moon and friend. (Am I not the best parent in the world?) Moon, of course, is over her namesake about this.
