		<description><![CDATA[There&#039;s a wrong way to breathe when swimming.  It&#039;s important to exhale only through the nose when your face is in the water.  Keeps water from getting in the mouth.  Generally with exercise you&#039;re supposed to breathe this way anyway, but with swimming it&#039;s extra important.  Ask the lifeguard for tips.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[3 cheers for you, too! Yoga is tough. My most recent attempt at it didn&#039;t go so well. Right now my routine is swimming 3 mornings a week, and elliptical trainer 2 mornings a week. The west Y has a Zumba class on Sundays, and I&#039;m thinking about trying that out when my weekend schedule calms down a little.

We&#039;re going to the SYTYCD show in Green Bay since it&#039;s on a Saturday. I didn&#039;t think a weeknight would be a good idea with school and all. Are you going to the MKE show?]]></description>
